Do you like the idea of playing a soccer match at CenturyLink Field? What about watching a Sounders match from a suite? Or supporting the fight against cancer?
How about all three?
On Thursday, June 28, Sports Radio KJR is hosting a match that will feature KJR staff against listeners/Sounders fans. "Kickin' Cancer at CenturyLink Field" is raising money for Strong Against Cancer and the KJR Kares-a-thon, which benefits Seattle Children's Hospital. Each purchased ticket includes a roster spot for the charity match, a custom t-shirt, a Sounders scarf and a spot in a suite for a future Sounders match.
In February, it was announced Sports Radio KJR is the official radio partner for the Sounders. All home and away Sounders MLS matches are carried on 950 KJR AM, including a 30-minute prematch and 30-minute post-match show surrounding each contest.
