Tickets
There are accessible seats and wheelchair convertible seats dispersed throughout all areas and price levels of Lumen Field. Accessible seating is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). ADA tickets are available to purchase online through SoundersFC.com, just look for the wheelchair icon. Our Sounders FC representatives can also assist to find the perfect seats for your needs, please call or text at 877-657-4625 or email customerservice@soundersfc.com.
Closed Captioning Services
Lumen Field now offers in-game captioning along the reader boards between the 200 and 300 levels. These are placed around the entire stadium.
Concession Stands
A variety of delicious food and beverage choices are available through the stadium concession stands and restaurants, provided by First & Goal Hospitality. First & Goal Hospitality was created by the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. as part of a continual effort to enhance the guest experience and to bring the best local food and beverage options to Lumen Field. All concession stands and restaurants in the stadium are ADA-Compliant.
A-OK and Sensory Room
Autism Toolkits: Fans can pick up a toolkit at the Rainier Guest Services location in Olympic Hall, just south of The Pro Shop. The toolkits include noise cancelling headphones, ear plugs, sensory toys, a detailed schedule to help keep track of the game and an “I’M A-OK” identifier lanyard. The I’M A-OK symbol will help Sounders FC fans recognize that a person has autism and give them an opportunity to help or simply be more patient, if necessary.
Sensory Room: Lumen Field has the A-OK Sensory Room for fans with autism, sensory challenges or PTSD who may be feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. The sensory room is located at the Rainier Guest Services location in Olympic Hall. Children using the room must be accompanied by an adult.
Accessible Parking Information
Lumen Field offers a few parking options that are close to the stadium. All these lots are ADA compliant and accessible parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. A state-issued accessible parking placard is required for accessible parking access.
- North Lot: located adjacent to the North end of the stadium. This parking lot is open only to passholders. Season ticket members can purchase a season-long pass through their Sounders FC account representative.
- Lumen Field Garage: located adjacent to the South end of the stadium. This parking lot is open only to passholders. Season ticket members can purchase a season-long pass through their Sounders FC account representative. The handicapped parking is located on level 2, 4, 5 and 6, closest to the stadium. Those with club and suite level tickets can enter the stadium directly on levels 5 and 7 respectively. Those with ADA seats can enter the stadium directly on level 2. All others need to exit the garage and walk to the South Gate to enter.
- The Union Station Garage: located east of Lumen Field on 4th Avenue. Available for season and limited single game parking. The elevator at 4th Ave. & Weller Street Overpass will enable you to reach the stadium North Lot from Union Station and avoid stairways.
Lumen Field Attendant Policy
Government- funded Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) whose attendance is required for ticketed guests with severe disabilities may receive complimentary admission to Lumen Field for Seattle Sounders FC events. Subject to availability, PCAs will be provided a seat or alternate location in proximity to the guest. The PCA must not participate in services or attractions apart from the guest who requires assistance from the PCA.
All requests for PCA admission must be made at the time of the guest’s ticket purchase and through the Sounders FC Ticket Office at 877-657-4625. Tickets, including that of the PCA and guest, must be picked up in person at the Lumen Field Box Office located at the NW Corner of Lumen Field on matchday.
Should the guest or PCA misrepresent the purpose of the tickets, including PCA’s attendance or that the PCA has acted as a guest rather than performing the functions of a PCA while at a Seattle Sounders FC event, the Seattle Sounders FC reserve the right to eject both the PCA and guest from the event and may lead to revocation of future ticket privileges.

Drop-Off Area
The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Charles Street and Occidental Ave., accessible from 1st Ave. S. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Traffic congestion can be a problem if you don't arrive early! You cannot park in the drop-off zone. Similar access for passenger pickup will be provided post-game, with traffic delays possible.
Elevators
Lumen Field is equipped with two elevators in each of the NE, NW, and SW corners of the stadium, providing service to all levels of the facility. Elevators are also located at the north and south ends of the parking garage, as well as the southeast corner of the Event Center. Elevator service is available to Delta Sky30 Club Seat Holders, Suite holders and guests with disabilities or difficulty climbing stairs and ramps. For convenient access to the upper level, an express elevator is also available in the NW corner.
Entrances
Entrances into Lumen Field are all ADA-compliant. Those who need medical exemptions with the bag policy need to enter in the VIP entrances of the gates. Every gate has a VIP entrance.
First Aid Stations
For guest safety and convenience there are several first aid stations located throughout Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center. In an emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Services representative for assistance and directions to these first aid stations. First aid stations can be found in the following locations:
- Main Concourse: Sections 103, 119 & 141
- Club Level: Rainier Concourse across from Suite 26
- Suite Level: Rainier Concourse across from Suite 36
- Summit Level: Sections 300 & 326
Automatic External Defibrillators (AED's) are located throughout the facility.
Service Animals
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in Lumen Field. Guests are responsible for the actions of, and for meeting all needs of, their service animals. No other animals are allowed.
Ramps
Four ramps are in the SW, NW, NE and SE corners of the stadium. All ramps access the upper levels of the stadium and are ADA-compliant.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center and are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables and chairs for nursing are also available throughout the facility.
Wheelchair Dispatch Service
Wheelchairs are available to fans needing accessible assistance. Simply let a Lumen Field staff member know at the gate/entrance, and they will contact Guest Services. A wheelchair will be dispatched and a staff member will escort you to your seat and then arrange a time for a pick-up at the end of the game.
