Seattle Soccer Celebration Code of Conduct

Rally Hospitality & Seattle Soccer Celebration is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. Our event staff will proactively support an environment where all fans — regardless of background, nationality, or team allegiance — can celebrate the FIFA World Cup 2026™ free from disruptive or harmful behavior.

By entering the Seattle Soccer Celebration Fan Zone, all guests agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Our Commitment to You

The Seattle Soccer Celebration welcomes fans from around the world. We are dedicated to an inclusive environment that celebrates the global game. Our staff will treat every guest with dignity and will act quickly to address conduct that interferes with others' enjoyment of the event.

Expected Conduct

All guests are expected to:

  • Treat fellow guests, staff, volunteers, and event personnel with respect at all times.
  • Follow all directions from event staff, security personnel, and law enforcement.
  • Remain in possession of their event wristband or ticket credential and present it upon request.
  • Keep the Fan Zone clean and respect the public waterfront space at Pier 62.
  • Be responsible for their own conduct and, where applicable, the conduct of members of their party.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated:

Harassment and Threatening Behavior

  • Verbal or physical harassment of any guest, staff member, volunteer, or event personnel.
  • Offensive language, obscene gestures, or conduct directed at any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or national origin.
  • Fighting, physical assault, or conduct that threatens the safety of others.
  • Inciting, encouraging, or instigating confrontations of any kind.

Alcohol and Substances

  • Possession of open alcohol containers outside of designated Beer Garden and licensed service areas.
  • Attempting to bring outside alcohol into the event footprint — all alcohol must be purchased from licensed event vendors.
  • Over-intoxication or visible signs of alcohol or substance impairment. Rally Hospitality staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest and to remove any guest whose condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
  • Possession or use of illegal substances on event grounds.

Smoking and Tobacco

  • Smoking, vaping, tobacco use, or marijuana use within the event footprint. Designated smoking areas, if available, will be clearly marked outside the primary Fan Zone perimeter.

Unauthorized Activity

  • Unauthorized solicitation or sale of any merchandise, tickets, food, or beverages on event grounds.
  • Unauthorized entry into restricted areas, stages, production zones, or staff-only areas, theft, or damaging any property.
  • Interference with event operations, performances, or broadcasts.
  • Use of drones or unmanned aerial vehicles without prior written authorization from Rally Hospitality LLC.
  • Violation of any local, state, or federal law or ignoring event policies, emergency procedures, or other directions from event staff, security personnel, or law enforcement.

Prohibited Items

  • Outside food or beverage (exceptions may apply for guests with medical needs — please contact Guest Services in advance).
  • Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, knives, and pepper spray.
  • Large bags, backpacks, or luggage
  • Banners, signs, or flags that are commercial, political, or offensive in nature, or that obstruct the sightlines of other guests or create a safety hazard.
  • Streamers, confetti, or projectile items of any kind.
  • Noisemakers, air horns, or amplified sound devices not authorized by event management.
  • Pyrotechnic devices, smoke, fireworks, or other similar devices.

Enforcement and Corrective Action

Guests who cannot conform their conduct to this Code, or who are otherwise unruly or inconsiderate, are not welcome at the Seattle Soccer Celebration. Event management reserves the right to take the following corrective actions:

  • Verbal warning issued by event staff or security.
  • Immediate removal from the event without refund.
  • Referral to Seattle Police Department and/or citation under applicable state and local ordinances.
  • Loss of ticket privileges for future events without refund and/or permanent exclusion from future events.

Corrective actions will be assessed based on the nature and severity of the violation. Event management reserve the right to review each situation independently.

Reporting a Concern

If you witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct or that concerns you in any way, please:

  • Speak to the nearest event staff member or Guest Services representative.
  • Alert any uniformed security personnel on-site.
  • For emergencies, contact Seattle Police Department directly by dialing 911.

Guest Services staff will be stationed throughout the Fan Zone and are available to assist with any concern, including accessibility needs, lost items, medical assistance, and event information.

Alcohol Service Policy

The Seattle Soccer Celebration operates under a Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) permit. In compliance with state law and our permit obligations:

  • All guests purchasing alcohol must present valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 years of age or older.
  • Alcohol service will be refused to any guest who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid identification.
  • Alcohol may not be removed from licensed service areas.
  • No outside alcohol may be brought into the event. Any attempt to do so constitutes a violation of this Code of Conduct and may result in removal.
  • Third party concessionaire reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time,

Inclusive Environment

The Seattle Soccer Celebration is proud to welcome fans from around the world, reflecting the global spirit of FIFA World Cup 2026™. We are committed to an environment free from racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, and all forms of discrimination or hate.

Any guest who engages in discriminatory conduct or hate speech will be immediately removed from the event. There are no exceptions.

Accessibility

Seattle Soccer Celebration is committed to an accessible and inclusive event experience. Guests with accessibility needs are encouraged to contact our Guest Services team in advance or upon arrival. Service animals are welcome within the event footprint in accordance with applicable law.

Ticket Terms

Ticket Terms

This ticket is a revocable license that only grants the ticketholder a one-time entry to Seattle Soccer Celebration at Pier 62, the barge, or a portion thereof (“Pier”) for the specified game, activity, or another event (the “Event”). No person, regardless of age, may enter without a ticket. Ticket Holder and anyone attending the Event with Ticket Holder, including accompanying minors (collectively “Ticket Holder”), agrees that: admission is contingent on Ticket Holder’s agreement to these terms and conditions, the participant waiver, event privacy notice, and all other terms available at https://www.soundersfc.com/tickets/2025-ticket-purchase-policies (“Terms”); and by using this ticket to enter, Ticket Holder is deemed to have read the Terms and agreed to be bound by them. Failure to comply with any of these Terms shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund and shall entitle Management to pursue all additional legal remedies available to it. Admission may be refused or withdrawn or Ticket Holder ejected, without refund, at the sole discretion of the Management and its affiliates (Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign FC, RAVE Foundation (Sounders, Reign, and RAVE, together “Club”), Event operators, Friends of Waterfront Park, etc., collectively “Management”). Ticket Holder and their belongings may be searched upon entering the Pier, and prohibited items may be confiscated, at the sole discretion of the Management. Ticket Holder consents to such searches and waives all claims relating to them and acknowledges that the Event premises may be monitored by video surveillance, security cameras, magnetometers, handheld screening devices, and other security technologies.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct, in Management’s sole discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable code of conduct implemented by Management, violates any applicable federal or state law or local order, or is otherwise disorderly, without refund. Management reserves the right to restrict access to portions of the Event, including the barge, sponsor activations, viewing areas, docks, gangways, waterfront access areas, hospitality spaces, or other designated spaces, due to safety, security, operational, weather, marine, tide, vessel traffic, Coast Guard, permitting, accessibility, or capacity considerations. Certain Event areas, including floating structures or barges, may have limited accessibility due to safety, weather, tide, wake activity, vessel movement, or operational considerations. Admission to all Event areas is not guaranteed. Management reserves the right to close, evacuate, relocate, suspend, or modify any portion of the Event or waterfront access areas due to marine conditions, tides, wake activity, vessel traffic, Coast Guard directives, weather, security concerns, public safety considerations, or governmental directives. Re-entry privileges, if any, shall be determined by Management in its sole discretion.

Ticket Holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit or sell (or aid in such activity) any photographs, images, videos, livestreams, audio or other form of display or public performance or reproduction of any portion of the Event (the “Works”) for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Management. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ticket Holder agrees that by using this ticket to enter the Pier, Ticket Holder grants Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works from the Works in any media now known or hereafter developed for any lawful purpose. Unauthorized commercial activity, solicitation, distribution of promotional materials, ambush marketing activities, resale activity, or sale of counterfeit merchandise is prohibited.

TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS arising from or relating in any way to the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, including, without limitation, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), the risk of physical injury or death, however caused, and the risks of lost, stolen, or damaged property. Ticket Holder hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers. Ticket Holder acknowledges that alcohol may be served at the Event and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the presence or consumption of alcohol, including risks associated with intoxicated persons. Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or remove any person who appears intoxicated or impaired. Valid government-issued identification may be required for alcohol service, age-restricted areas, or entry to designated hospitality or barge access areas.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Management is not responsible for, and may refuse to honor, any duplicate or duplicated, lost, stolen, destroyed or counterfeit tickets. Use of this ticket in violation of any law including, without limitation, the unlawful resale or unlawful attempted resale of this ticket is strictly prohibited and will result in seizure, revocation and/or forfeiture of this license without refund or compensation. 

THE DATE AND TIME OF THE EVENT AS WELL AS THE CONTENT OF SUCH EVENT ARE ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY MANAGEMENT IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, OR AS A RESULT OF OTHER ACTIONS OR EVENTS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL, including without limitation weather, security concerns, terrorism threats, public safety incidents, labor disputes, broadcast interruptions, demonstrations, governmental orders, Coast Guard restrictions, permitting issues, or directives from MLS, FIFA, law enforcement, or public agencies, WITHOUT REFUND. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IF TICKET HOLDER CANNOT ATTEND. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES BEYOND THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET. ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATED TO, OR ARISING FROM, THIS TICKET SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION. TICKET HOLDER AND MANAGEMENT EACH AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND EACH WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. IF TICKET HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, TICKET HOLDER MUST LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE PIER. THIS CLAUSE IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.

Management may, in its sole discretion, provide a credit, exchange, substitute admission opportunity, or rescheduled Event access, but shall have no obligation to do so.

Participant Waiver

Participant Waiver

Any participant at or related to the Event, on behalf of themselves, their personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin (“Participant”) HEREBY WAIVES, RELEASES, DISCHARGES, INDEMNIFIES, AND HOLDS HARMLESS Seattle Soccer LLC d/b/a Seattle Sounders FC (“Sounders”), Reign FC LLC d/b/a Seattle Reign FC (“Reign”), RAVE Foundation (“RAVE”), Major League Soccer LLC (“MLS”), National Women’s Soccer League LLC (“NWSL”), Soccer United Marketing LLC (“SUM”), FIFA and its affiliates, Friends of Waterfront Park, the City of Seattle, Rally Hospitality, and their owners, officers, directors, promoters, operators, officials, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates, contractors, employees, and agents (“Releasees”), from and against any and all damages, claims, lawsuits, actions, and liability for any and all damage, foreseen or unforeseen, demand or injury to the person or property of the Participant, including death, whether caused by the negligence or carelessness of the Releasees whether active or passive, the actions of other participants and third parties, hidden, latent or obvious defects in the Pier or Event, fixtures or equipment used, or otherwise, whether past, present, or future, arising out of or in connection with Participant attending, working, volunteering, observing or participating in the Event, or any other purpose related thereto (“Released Claims”). Participant understands, acknowledges and accepts that Participant or their successors may not now fully know the number or magnitude of all the Released Claims, but nevertheless intends to assume the risk by releasing such unknown claims and agreeing that this waiver and release is a full and final release and waiver of all Released Claims. Participant expressly agrees that this waiver and release is intended to be construed as broad and inclusive as is permitted under the laws of the State of Washington and that if any portion thereof is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. Participant further agrees that any legal proceedings related to this agreement shall take place in Seattle, King County, Washington.

Participant HEREBY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT there are certain inherent risks to participating in the Event, including without limitation the risk of contracting COVID-SARS2 aka Covid-19 or any other communicable disease or illness (including exposure to a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), accidents, property loss or damage, bodily injury, disability, or death regardless of the care and precautions taken by the Releasees, and may include contact or collision with persons or objects, inadequate or negligent first aid and/or emergency measures, weather-related hazards, natural hazards, including without limitation risks associated with piers, docks, barges, gangways, floating structures, vessel movement, changing tide conditions, wet or slippery surfaces, falls into water, drowning, marine equipment, and crowd congestion near waterfront areas, and certain other risks not known to Participant which are not reasonably foreseeable at this time, and that Participant is voluntarily participating in the Event with full knowledge of the risks involved and ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS. Participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Event may involve physical activities. Participant also warrants to the Releases that Participant is physically able to perform the activities related to the Event, or has sought a reasonable accommodation, and is not physically injured or currently under the care of a physician or under the influence of any drugs, including prescription medication, alcohol or marijuana. Participant hereby authorizes Releasees and their respective agents or assignees to provide medical treatment, at the Participant’s cost, including emergency services should the need arise.

Participant HEREBY grants to Sounders, Reign, RAVE, and other Releasees the right to use Participant’s personality, including but not limited to any voice, likeness, photograph, audio or video recording that may be captured of Participant’s participation in the Event, in whole or in part, in any format or medium whether in existence or hereinafter created, including all derivatives thereof (collectively, “Media”), worldwide, royalty-free in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever. All such captured Media, and all right, title and interest thereto shall become the sole property of Sounders, Reign, and RAVE. Participant further authorize Sounders, Reign, and RAVE to use their provided biographical data, including name, city/town, and age in any form or medium (including newspaper, television, radio, billboards, website and social media networks), in perpetuity for any current or future Releasee’s advertising or promotion (collectively, “Data”). Participant consents to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped related to the Event, and irrevocably and perpetually authorize Releasees to copyright and make derivative works from, publish, reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, license, digitize, display, use, and/or permit others to use (i) my name, image, likeness, and voice, and (ii) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audiovisual materials, depictions, writings, statements, and quotations of or by myself obtained related to the recording of the Event in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including, but not limited to, on the Internet and in social media, and for any lawful purpose without payment to Participant or consent beyond this release, including, the advertising or promotion of the Releasee or the Event. Participant acknowledges and agrees that the right to participate in the Event is good and valuable consideration in exchange for this release and Participant will not be entitled to any future compensation for use of any Media or Data. Participant may rescind this right to use Participant Media in writing to 1901 Oakesdale Ave. SW, Suite 210, Renton, WA 98057. In addition to the foregoing terms, information collected from Participant is subject to the MLS Terms of Service, MLS Privacy Policy, NWSL Privacy Policy, and the Reign FC Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms shall survive the conclusion or cancellation of the Event.

PARTICIPANT HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY AGREES TO THIS PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducement apart from the foregoing agreements have been made. Any adult accompanying a minor represents and warrants that they are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized chaperone of such minor and agrees to these Terms and the Participant Waiver on behalf of the minor.

Event Privacy Notice

Event Privacy Notice

Management, the Club, the Leagues, Event operators, sponsors, ticketing providers, service providers, and affiliated partners may collect, process, store, use, and share personal information provided by Ticket Holder or Participant in connection with ticket purchases, registration, Event entry, customer service, credentialing, age verification, safety and security operations, sponsor activations, contests, sweepstakes, Wi-Fi access, QR code activations, hospitality experiences, and Event participation. Such information may include name, email address, phone number, payment information, device information, photographs, video recordings, geolocation information, and other information voluntarily provided by Ticket Holder or Participant.

Such information may be used for Event operations, security, fraud prevention, customer support, analytics, marketing, promotional communications, and future event-related communications, in accordance with applicable law and the applicable privacy policies referenced herein.

Ticket Holder and Participant acknowledge and agree that certain Event sponsors, leagues, promotional partners, and affiliated organizations may receive personal information where Ticket Holder or Participant voluntarily engages with sponsor activations, hospitality experiences, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, QR activations, or other interactive experiences. Participation in certain activations may require separate consent to additional terms or marketing communications.

By providing an email address or mobile phone number in connection with the Event, Ticket Holder and Participant consent to receive transactional communications regarding tickets, safety, security, scheduling, and Event operations. Where permitted by applicable law, Ticket Holder and Participant may also receive promotional communications regarding future events, experiences, and offers. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase, and consent may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with applicable law.

Management and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, Wi-Fi analytics, mobile identifiers, or similar technologies in connection with Event websites, applications, ticketing systems, and venue operations for operational, security, analytics, and marketing purposes.
