Rally Hospitality & Seattle Soccer Celebration is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. Our event staff will proactively support an environment where all fans — regardless of background, nationality, or team allegiance — can celebrate the FIFA World Cup 2026™ free from disruptive or harmful behavior.
By entering the Seattle Soccer Celebration Fan Zone, all guests agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Our Commitment to You
The Seattle Soccer Celebration welcomes fans from around the world. We are dedicated to an inclusive environment that celebrates the global game. Our staff will treat every guest with dignity and will act quickly to address conduct that interferes with others' enjoyment of the event.
Expected Conduct
All guests are expected to:
- Treat fellow guests, staff, volunteers, and event personnel with respect at all times.
- Follow all directions from event staff, security personnel, and law enforcement.
- Remain in possession of their event wristband or ticket credential and present it upon request.
- Keep the Fan Zone clean and respect the public waterfront space at Pier 62.
- Be responsible for their own conduct and, where applicable, the conduct of members of their party.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated:
Harassment and Threatening Behavior
- Verbal or physical harassment of any guest, staff member, volunteer, or event personnel.
- Offensive language, obscene gestures, or conduct directed at any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or national origin.
- Fighting, physical assault, or conduct that threatens the safety of others.
- Inciting, encouraging, or instigating confrontations of any kind.
Alcohol and Substances
- Possession of open alcohol containers outside of designated Beer Garden and licensed service areas.
- Attempting to bring outside alcohol into the event footprint — all alcohol must be purchased from licensed event vendors.
- Over-intoxication or visible signs of alcohol or substance impairment. Rally Hospitality staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest and to remove any guest whose condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
- Possession or use of illegal substances on event grounds.
Smoking and Tobacco
- Smoking, vaping, tobacco use, or marijuana use within the event footprint. Designated smoking areas, if available, will be clearly marked outside the primary Fan Zone perimeter.
Unauthorized Activity
- Unauthorized solicitation or sale of any merchandise, tickets, food, or beverages on event grounds.
- Unauthorized entry into restricted areas, stages, production zones, or staff-only areas, theft, or damaging any property.
- Interference with event operations, performances, or broadcasts.
- Use of drones or unmanned aerial vehicles without prior written authorization from Rally Hospitality LLC.
- Violation of any local, state, or federal law or ignoring event policies, emergency procedures, or other directions from event staff, security personnel, or law enforcement.
Prohibited Items
- Outside food or beverage (exceptions may apply for guests with medical needs — please contact Guest Services in advance).
- Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, knives, and pepper spray.
- Large bags, backpacks, or luggage
- Banners, signs, or flags that are commercial, political, or offensive in nature, or that obstruct the sightlines of other guests or create a safety hazard.
- Streamers, confetti, or projectile items of any kind.
- Noisemakers, air horns, or amplified sound devices not authorized by event management.
- Pyrotechnic devices, smoke, fireworks, or other similar devices.
Enforcement and Corrective Action
Guests who cannot conform their conduct to this Code, or who are otherwise unruly or inconsiderate, are not welcome at the Seattle Soccer Celebration. Event management reserves the right to take the following corrective actions:
- Verbal warning issued by event staff or security.
- Immediate removal from the event without refund.
- Referral to Seattle Police Department and/or citation under applicable state and local ordinances.
- Loss of ticket privileges for future events without refund and/or permanent exclusion from future events.
Corrective actions will be assessed based on the nature and severity of the violation. Event management reserve the right to review each situation independently.
Reporting a Concern
If you witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct or that concerns you in any way, please:
- Speak to the nearest event staff member or Guest Services representative.
- Alert any uniformed security personnel on-site.
- For emergencies, contact Seattle Police Department directly by dialing 911.
Guest Services staff will be stationed throughout the Fan Zone and are available to assist with any concern, including accessibility needs, lost items, medical assistance, and event information.
Alcohol Service Policy
The Seattle Soccer Celebration operates under a Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) permit. In compliance with state law and our permit obligations:
- All guests purchasing alcohol must present valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 years of age or older.
- Alcohol service will be refused to any guest who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid identification.
- Alcohol may not be removed from licensed service areas.
- No outside alcohol may be brought into the event. Any attempt to do so constitutes a violation of this Code of Conduct and may result in removal.
- Third party concessionaire reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time,
Inclusive Environment
The Seattle Soccer Celebration is proud to welcome fans from around the world, reflecting the global spirit of FIFA World Cup 2026™. We are committed to an environment free from racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, and all forms of discrimination or hate.
Any guest who engages in discriminatory conduct or hate speech will be immediately removed from the event. There are no exceptions.
Accessibility
Seattle Soccer Celebration is committed to an accessible and inclusive event experience. Guests with accessibility needs are encouraged to contact our Guest Services team in advance or upon arrival. Service animals are welcome within the event footprint in accordance with applicable law.
