2025 (Seattle): In his first full season with the Rave Green, Minoungou appeared in 32 matches (six starts) in all competitions, scoring two goals and adding four assists. He scored against Santos Laguna in Leagues Cup 2025 action (August 2) and in MLS play against Austin (September 21). Minoungou played in two of Seattle’s 2025 FIFA Club World Cup matches against Atlético Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain. He also appeared in five matches for Tacoma Defiance, scoring two goals and adding three assists. On the international stage, he earned his first callup to Burkina Faso, amassing eight total appearances throughout the year and scoring against Equatorial Guinea (December 23) in AFCON play.
2024 (Seattle/Tacoma Defiance): Minoungou was signed to Sounders FC on August 28, 2024 after two and a half years playing for Tacoma Defiance. The midfielder appeared in 17 matches (six starts) for Seattle in 2024, tallying one goal and two assists in all competitions. He played in all four of Seattle’s playoff matches, including starting against the LA Galaxy in the Western Conference Final. Minoungou also made 16 appearances (13 starts) for Tacoma in MLS NEXT Pro play, tallying two goals and three assists.
2023 (Tacoma Defiance): Made 24 appearances (13 starts) for Tacoma during the 2023 MLS NEXT Pro season, tallying three assists. Also appeared in one game for Seattle during its 2023 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup campaign.
2022 (Tacoma Defiance): Made 18 appearances (seven starts) for Tacoma, scoring two goals while adding four assists.
