Major League Soccer on Monday nominated Seattle Sounders midfielder Cristian Roldan for Week 11 Goal of the Week for his stunning volley in a 1-0 win over the Houston Dynamo last Saturday.
Roldan, who was also nominated for Week 10 MLS Goal of the Week for his beautiful strike against Minnesota, scored what would hold as the match-winner in the 5th minute.
The Sounders return to CenturyLink Field on Wednesday for a midweek match against Orlando City SC (7:30 p.m. PT; JOEtv, YouTube, TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM | TICKETS).
