With the Seattle Sounders trailing 3-0 late to the New England Revolution, it seemed like the Rave Green would drop their first home game of 2017. But three goals in 13 minutes capped by an Osvaldo Alonso goal would salvage one of the most impressive results of the year.
Seattle had all the momentum and the Revs on their heels when Nicolás Lodeiro whipped in a cross from the right side of the 18-yard-box. His pass was flicked on by a Revolution defender and into the path of Alonso, who headed in from four yards out to equalize in the 88th minute.
