In a 1-1 match with the New York Red Bulls in the home-opener at CenturyLink Field, the Seattle Sounders pulled off one of their most impressive plays of the year. Nicolás Lodeiro played a through ball to Joevin Jones, who nutmegged Sal Zizzo on the end line and drove toward the net.
Jones then dropped a pass back to Lodeiro, whose one-timed cross picked out the head of Jordan Morris to give Seattle the lead en route to a 3-1 win.
