Take a look at Dempsey and Marshall after the draft below alongside MLS veteran Ned Grabavoy, who recently announced his retirement.
Current Sounders goalkeeper and recent U.S. national team call-up Stefan Frei is also pictured at the 2009 SuperDraft after being selected by Toronto FC at No. 13. He was the first goalie drafted that year.
The Sounders have the 16th and 22nd picks of the first round of the 2017 MLS SuperDraft on Friday.
