SEATTLE, WASH. – Tacoma Defiance defender Denso Ulysse has been called into the Haitian U-23 National Team for a CONCACAF Olympic Qualifier against Barbados on September 22 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Ulysse is set to be with Haiti on international duty until September 23.
Ulysse, 20, has appeared in 14 games for Tacoma Defiance this season, making 11 starts. He has recorded two shots, including one on goal, in 1,065 minutes. Ulysse was named to the USL All-League Second Team and the USL 20 Under 20 List at the conclusion of the 2018 regular season. He led the club with 28 starts and 2,466 USL minutes played in 2018, and started every game in which he appeared.
