Wow, what a night.
Behind Clint Dempsey's first career postseason brace, the Seattle Sounders advanced to the Western Conference Championship with a 2-0 win over the Vancouver Whitecaps. Both goals in the series came in the second of Thursday's second leg, sending CenturyLink Field into a frenzy. While the stadium was absolutely rocking in the cold and damp autumn air, the social media universe emoted a similar response. Let's take a look:
