DEPARTED FACES: The Galaxy sold defender Jelle Van Damme to Royal Antwerp in his native Belgium for $235,000 on Aug. 18. Van Damme, 32, was a finalist for 2016 MLS Newcomer and Defender of the Year and had started 46 matches in his two seasons in Los Angeles.

A WIN AT LAST: The Galaxy defeated the Colorado Rapids on Sept. 2, ending their 10-match winless streak (0-9-1). Their previous win came on June 21.
