Seattle Sounders’ MLS Cup starting lineup: Víctor Rodríguez gets nod on wing, Jordan Morris available again off bench

NOTES:


- Center back Román Torres returns to the lineup after missing Leg 2 of the Western Conference Championship against the Houston Dynamo because of a yellow-card accumulation suspension.


- Head Coach Brian Schmetzer ruled out captain Osvaldo Alonso on Thursday because of a quad injury.


- Gustav Svensson moves from center back to defensive midfield, Nicolás Lodeiro moves to right wing and Víctor Rodríguez starts on the left wing. Joevin Jones moves from left wing to left fullback, while Nouhou starts on the bench.


- Jordan Morris is available off the bench for the second straight game after returning to the pitch against the Dynamo. He had previously been out with a hamstring injury since Sept. 10.
