The full preliminary rosters for the 12 teams competing in the 2017 Gold Cup have been released, and the Seattle Sounders are well represented. The Sounders feature six of a total of 82 Major League Soccer players who earned call-ups.
Forwards Jordan Morris (USA) and Clint Dempsey (USA), midfielder Cristian Roldan (USA) and defenders Roman Torres (Panama), Oniel Fisher (Jamaica) and Jordy Delem (Martinique) have all been called in by their respective countries.
Preliminary 40-man rosters will be cut to 23 players before the start of the tournament, but only players named to the initial list are eligible for the final 23-man teams. The final rosters must be selected by June 23.
The Gold Cup will run from July 7-26.
