Seattle Sounders FC today announced that 2015 full-season tickets for Sounders FC 2’s inaugural campaign are now on sale to the general public. Season ticket packages start at $130 and include all S2 regular season, postseason and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup home matches played at Starfire Stadium in Tukwila starting March 2015. "We’re excited to open season tickets sales for S2's inaugural season,” said S2 General Manager Andrew Opatkiewicz. “With Starfire Stadium improvements planned for 2015 and 2016, and affordable ticket prices, we are looking forward to welcoming the Sounders community of fans and supporters, old and new. Our fans will create the atmosphere critical to developing the future stars of Sounders FC."
The club is already approaching 1,000 season tickets through the Sounders Community Trust Founders Club, where fans are able to invest a one-time payment of $250, which includes lifetime discounted season tickets for $95, as well as exclusive benefits and access to functions with the team. A limited amount of Founders Club memberships are still available for purchase.
Season Ticket Members are able to reserve specific seats for the entire season at Starfire Stadium with their ticket purchase. Seatbacks will be fastened within Starfire Stadium’s Center Circle Sections of 103, 104, and 105. Starting in 2015, Founders Club and Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to customize their seatback for a to-be-determined cost.
More than half of the priority seating sections have already been assigned to Founders Club members, and the remaining seats will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Supporters Groups will have their own designated General Admission sections.
S2 is set to compete in USL PRO, as well as domestic competitions such as the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. Sounders FC is one of seven MLS clubs to field a USL PRO team in the 2015 season. The roster will consist of independent S2 signings, select First Team players looking for more match experience and promising Academy athletes.

Known as S2, the team represents a link between the Sounders FC Academy and Sounders FC First Team. Playing its home matches at Starfire Stadium, S2 emphasizes development and community involvement, and will provide a consistent and competitive professional environment for promising Academy players and certain First Team players to progress. The team operates under the management of Sounders FC and the Sounders Community Trust, an unprecedented, fan-owned organization that holds a 20-percent interest in the team.

The first organization of its kind in MLS, the Sounders Community Trust is a charitable, fan and supporter-managed, non-profit organization that is being formed to assume a 20-percent interest of Sounders FC 2. The Trust will elect one representative to sit on the Second Team Executive Board with the purpose of both influencing and supporting the direction of Sounders FC through S2, as well as helping support access to soccer in the community.
