Major League Soccer has named Seattle Sounders forward Will Bruin to the Week 32 Team of the Week after recording a brace and notching his ninth and 10th goals of the season in a 4-0 win over FC Dallas on Sunday.
Bruin struck twice in three minutes when he first cleaned up a shot from Clint Dempsey that goalkeeper Jesse Gonzalez spilled before firing home a loose ball in the area after a VÃctor RodrÃguez run. The brace was Bruin’s first since March 2016 and helped him reach double-digit goals for the fourth time in seven professional seasons.
Bruin will look to add to his total next Sunday when the Sounders host the Colorado Rapids on the final day of the regular season (1 p.m. PT; JOEtv, Univision-Seattle, 107.7 The End, El Rey 1360 AM | TICKETS).
