It's official: This summer's Copa America Centenario is coming to FOX Sports.
FOX has secured the English-language rights to broadcast the tournament live from June 3-26, the broadcasting giant announced Wednesday.
All 32 matches of the tournament will be broadcast on FOX's main over-the-air channel, as well as FS1 and FS2. FOX announced pregame and postgame programming will be part of their coverage. FOX also has plans to make games available digitally on FOX Sports Go and FOX Soccer 2 Go.
"We are incredibly excited to add the Copa America Centenario to our ever-expanding portfolio of elite, world-class soccer events," David Nathanson, FOX Sports Head of Business Operations, said in a statement.
The Copa America Centenario, staged outside of South America for the first time, will feature six teams from CONCACAF and 10 teams from CONMEBOL. Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and the US are the top-seeded teams in each of four groups that will kick off the tournament round-robin style.
Univision holds the Spanish-language rights in the US for the tournament, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.
