After two full-stadium matches in 2011 and four more in 2012, it was evident the Sounders FC ever-growing fan base demanded more. And considering the club went an unblemished 5-0-1 in the first six matches with the upper bleachers open, the players and coaches’ on-field performance matched the intensity provided from the record-breaking crowds. In the second-half of the “Big Crowds, Big Moments” series, it begins with the largest crowd in club history and ends with a Supporters’ Shield trophy – with a chockfull of legendary moments stuffed in between.
