Sounders FC continues its Sounders FC Classics broadcasts this evening, with this week’s edition featuring a “Playoff Heroes” theme. Fans will have the chance to relive Jordan Morris’ inspiring performance during Round One of the 2019 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs, where Seattle battled FC Dallas to a thrilling 4-3 victory in extra time, powered by Morris’ first-ever professional hat trick. Goalkeeper Stefan Frei provided heroics of his own as well, recording five saves as Seattle advanced to the Western Conference Semifinals. This week’s broadcast is presented by CHI Franciscan.
Fans should note that while Sounders FC Classics broadcasts typically air beginning at 7:00 p.m. PT each week, tonight’s broadcast is slated for a 6:30 p.m. PT start in order to accommodate the match in its entirety. There will be no second screen pregame show streamed from the club’s Twitter account as in previous weeks.
Sounders FC Classics is available live on JOEtv, as well as both live and archived for later viewing on SoundersFC.com and via the Sounders FC mobile app, for those within the Sounders FC broadcast territory throughout the state of Washington.
