The day has finally arrived.
Seattle Sounders left back Nouhou scored his first MLS goal on Sunday in the club's 2-1 win over the Houston Dynamo at Lumen Field. It was a moment years in the making, as the Cameroonian defender finally scored for the Rave Green in his 136th regular-season appearance.
Nouhou has come close on several occasions over the years. That his goal sparked a comeback win with Sounders pushing to qualify for the postseason makes it all the sweeter.
The stadium erupted when Nouhou's shot hit the back of the net, and there was an equal response on social media as the Sounders fan favorite grabbed his first goal.

As if scoring his first goal wasn't enough, Nouhou also tallied his third assist of the year with a picture-perfect cross on Fredy Montero's game-winning goal.
