The Sweden national team on Wednesday called in Seattle Sounders midfielder Gustav Svensson for two 2020 UEFA European Football Championship qualifying matches.
Sweden will host Romania on Saturday, March 23, at 10 a.m. PT at Friends Arena in Solna. The Blågult then visit Norway on Tuesday, March 26, at 12:45 p.m. PT at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo.
Svensson has 18 caps, including three appearances at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia last summer. He has started the first two matches of the 2019 MLS campaign for the Sounders.
