Finally, we’re down to one. After battling through a hectic August that featured eight matches in three countries across all competitions, Sounders FC has just one final matchup this month. This game, however, just so happens to feature Seattle’s archrival with MLS Cup Playoff and Cascadia Cup implications. When the Timbers come to the Emerald City for a nationally-televised Sunday matinee, over 63,000 supporters will pack CenturyLink Field for the highly-anticipated Cascadia clash.
