After falling 3-1 to the LA Galaxy on Sunday afternoon, Sounders FC has a full week to prepare for its next match – the longest prep time amidst a busy six-week span. Next up, the Rave Green host expansion side Orlando City SC on Sunday, August 16. The nationally-televised tilt will be the first-ever matchup between the two clubs. This week, the excitement heats up for the two newest Sounders – Andreas Ivanschitz and Nelson Valdez, who both signed contracts last week – as they get acclimated to Head Coach Sigi Schmid’s squad.
