The preseason officially began this week as Sounders FC saw its first competitive matches of 2015. After taking down UCLA 5-0 in a friendly Wednesday evening, the Rave Green fell 2-1 to the LA Galaxy on Friday. Sigi Schmid's club now returns to Seattle, where the players will train for one week at the familiar confines of Starfire Sports. Next weekend, the club heads down to Tucson for the remainder of the month, where it is scheduled to participate in the 2015 Desert Diamond Cup.
