The stage is set.

The Seattle Sounders will face Liga MX giants Tigres UANL in the Concacaf Champions Cup Quarterfinals. Leg One will take place at Estadio Universitario - also known as El Volcán - on April 8 at 6:00 p.m. PT, while the Sounders will host Leg 2 at Lumen Field on April 15 at 8:30 p.m. PT.

The home-and-away series will be decided by aggregate score, with away goal serving as the first tiebreaker.

The Sounders advanced to the Quarterfinals by defeating reigning CCC runners-up Vancouver Whitecaps FC 5-1 on aggregate in the Round of 16. Seattle picked up a convincing 3-0 win at BC Place in the first leg before putting a bow on the series with a 2-1 win at ONE Spokane Stadium in the return fixture.

After going down 3-0 on aggregate in Leg One of their Round of 16 matchup against FC Cincinnati, Tigres stormed back in Leg Two at El Volcán. The Liga MX side picked up a 5-1 win, with the decisive fifth goal coming deep into second half stoppage time to send them through to the next round of CCC.

Tigres reached the final of the competition four times from 2016 - 2020 before winning their first continental title in 2020 by defeating LAFC. The Sounders became the first MLS club to win the modern era of the Concacaf Champions League back in 2022, defeating Liga MX club Pumas UNAM 5-2 in aggregate in the final.

A Season Ticket Member presale for the Leg 2 match in Seattle will take place on March 23 at 10 a.m. PT, with public onsale going live later that day at 3:00 p.m. PT.
