MARBELLA, SPAIN – With Sounders FC’s 2024 preseason continuing this week from Marbella, Spain, the club prepares for its first preseason friendly on Wednesday, January 31 against Serbian side TSC Bačka (6:00 a.m. PT). As previously announced, the Rave Green are training in Spain from January 26 – February 10 before returning to Seattle to complete preparations for the 2024 campaign.
Brian Schmetzer’s side is set to play three preseason friendlies in Marbella, starting with Wednesday’s match against FK TSC Bačka Topola on Wednesday, January 31 (6:00 a.m PT). The Rave Green then face IFK Norrköping of Sweden on Sunday, February 4 (3:30 a.m. PT) before playing Odense BK of Denmark on Friday, February 9 (4:00 a.m. PT). Upon its return to Seattle, the club plays its final friendly of the 2024 preseason against USL Championship side Sacramento Republic FC on Saturday, February 17 (10:00 a.m. PT).

Seattle opens its 2024 MLS campaign vs. LAFC on Saturday, February 24 at BMO Stadium (1:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, FOX, iHeartMedia Seattle, El Rey 1360 AM). The Rave Green’s home opener on the Emerald Queen Casino Pitch at Lumen Field then follows on Saturday, March 2 against Austin FC (7:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, iHeartMedia Seattle, El Rey 1360 AM).
