Two days before MLS First Kick, you have the opportunity to rub shoulders with your favorite Sounders FC players, coaches, owners and executives.
The Sounders FC raised over $75,000 for their Charity Partners Thursday night in the Community Shield match against the Portland Timbers at Qwest Field. They aren’t done yet though.
Tuesday, March 23, from 11:30 am to 1 pm, the Sounders FC will host their first Kickoff Luncheon at Qwest Field’s West Club Lounge, with proceeds from the ticket sales and silent auction benefitting Boys & Girls Clubs, Seattle SCORES, Soccer Saves and the Washington Youth Soccer Association.
The luncheon provides the unique opportunity to watch a team training session, attend a pre-luncheon reception and join Sounders FC owner Joe Roth, head coach Sigi Schmid, general manager Adrian Hanauer and the 2010 Sounders FC team at the kickoff luncheon. At the luncheon, guests can sit side-by-side and interact with Sounders FC players, coaches, owners and executives.
The schedule is as follows:
10:45-11:30 am – An optional viewing opportunity for luncheon guests at the team training session.
11:30-noon – Pre-event Q&A session with team owners and executives.
Noon-1 pm – 2010 Sounders FC Kickoff Luncheon
The cost for one table is $800 and includes eight tickets. There will be ten people at each table, with eight guests and two Sounders FC personnel.
