SEATTLE, Wash. – Seattle Sounders FC has announced additional broadcast details for Saturday's match against the San Jose Earthquakes. Arlo White will join Ross Fletcher and Kasey Keller to call the match on Q-13 FOX and KIRO Radio 97.3 FM. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. PT on the Xbox Pitch at CenturyLink Field, with pregame coverage beginning at 6:30.
“I'm absolutely thrilled that the club has asked me back to do a game. It's the perfect way for me to round off a memorable season,” said White. “I can't wait to get to Seattle and experience another great Saturday night at CenturyLink Field. It's a big game against San Jose, and working with Kasey and Ross will be terrific.”
Fletcher and White will split play-by-play duties on television and radio. Fletcher will call the first half on television while White will be on the radio call, and the two will switch roles for the second half. Keller will handle color commentary on the television broadcast for the entire match.
Currently the lead commentator for NBC Sports' coverage of the Barclays Premier League, White spent two seasons as the Voice of Sounders FC, providing play-by-play commentary for the 2010 and 2011 MLS seasons. He joined NBC in 2012 as the lead commentator for MLS, and handled the play-by-play duties for the network’s first season of Premier League coverage.
