The Seattle Sounders’ 4-3 win over the LA Galaxy on Sunday was absolutely wild.
From pre-match back flips during Scarves Up to a late, late game-winning goal by Cristian Roldan, let’s take a look at the best moments from the Rave Green’s massive win at CenturyLink Field.
Arrivals
The boys rolled up to CenturyLink Field looking dapper as usual.
Scarves Up
Seattle native and UCLA gymnast Katelyn Ohashi, who went viral earlier this season for her floor routine that received a perfect 10 rating from the judges, led the Sounders supporters in “Scarves Up”. Of course, she added her own bit of flair and showmanship to the pre-match ritual.
45th minute
The Sounders carved out a couple of chances throughout the first half, but were unable to capitzlied. That changed on the brink of halftime, as Nicolás Lodeiro slid a clever pass across the goal for Raúl Ruidíaz at the back post.
56th minute
Fresh off of receiving a call-up to the United States Men’s National Team, Sounders midfielder Cristian Roldan extended Seattle’s lead with some active defending, nifty footwork and a ruthless left foot.
77th minute
Goals from Zlatan Ibrahimović (67’) and Uriel Antuna (75’) drew the Galaxy level at 2-2. Homegrown winger Jordan Morris answered immediately with a beastmode-esque run up in the middle, calmly sliding his shot past LA goalkeeper David Bingham.
89th minute
The Galaxy answered Morris’ go-ahead goal with yet another equalizer in the 81st minute. With the match seeming destined for a draw, Roldan completed his brace with a late, late match-winning goal.

You’ll want to see that one again from field level.
And of course, Roldan got a hug from Ruidíaz for his efforts.
Post-match
The Sounders FC coaches and players certainly enjoyed celebrating three massive points with the supporters at CenturyLink Field.
With four goals and three points in tow, it’s worth revisiting all of the action from field level.
After yet another dominant display from the wing, Morris now has four goals and five assists in his last eight starts.
At the end of the day, it’s all for the supporters.
