ELECTRIC ATTACK: San Jose enters Wednesday tied for the best attack in MLS with 27 goals scored. Part of that offensive efficiency has come from new Designated Player forward Timo Werner, whose 1.38 Goals + Assists/90 Minutes is second in the league. The German international has been sidelined since late April, though, with a lower body injury and will miss the match in Seattle.
