Wash, rinse, repeat.
Week 29's Major League Soccer Team of the Week featured two Seattle Sounders, and it's the same story in Week 30.
After a 1-0 win at home and a big 2-1 win on the road over Cascadia rival Vancouver Whitecaps FC, defender Chad Marshall and midfielder Osvaldo Alonso were both named to the list. It's Alonso's first back-to-back honor of the season and his third overall for 2016. Marshall also picked up his third honor of the year.
Marshall scored his fourth goal of the season - a game winner - in the midweek matchup versus the Chicago Fire. The goal ties Marshall's career high set back in 2008 and 2009 with Columbus Crew SC.
Alonso scored his third goal of the season which pulled the Sounders level in the second half on the road on Sunday in Vancouver. Seattle went on to win the match, their fourth in as many games.
