On November 10, the Seattle Sounders won MLS Cup for the second time in four seasons. Playing in front of a sold-out crowd of 69,274 people, the Rave Green defeated Toronto FC 3-1 at CenturyLink Field.
The players and coaches stormed the pitch in celebration as the stadium erupted in cheers when the final whistle sounded. Those festivities carried into the locker room, as players took turns hoisting the trophy and reveling in their championship.
Two days later, the club hosted an MLS Cup Champions Parade and Rally that started in downtown and weaved toward Seattle Center. In front of thousands of attendees, the players and coaches raised their two MLS Cup trophies and thanked their fans for their passionate support.
