RENTON, WASH. - Seattle Sounders FC has announced that Wednesday night's Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup quarterfinal match with the L.A. Galaxy is sold out. First kick at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila is 7 p.m. PT.
The game will be broadcast via live videocast on the team website at www.SoundersFC.com.
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Seating is general admission and fans are highly encouraged to arrive early to avoid congestion and get the best possible seats.
Tickets are still available for the CONCACAF Champions League play-in match with Metapán of El Salvador on July 28 on the Xbox Pitch at Qwest Field. The match starts at 7 p.m. PT. Seattle qualified for the Champions League play-in by virtue of winning the 2009 Open Cup Final.
Should Sounders FC defeat the Galaxy, it will face the winner of Tuesday night's Houston Dynamo-Chivas USA match for the Open Cup in the semifinal round. Seattle would host at Starfire either on August 31 or September 1.
