The Seattle Sounders are visiting Minnesota United on Sunday in their first of two meetings in the regular season. Here is everything you need to know:

WHEN AND WHERE: Kickoff is at 11:30 a.m. PT (1:30 p.m. local time) at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minn.

WHERE TO WATCH: The match will be available to watch on FOX and Apple TV.

WHERE TO LISTEN: The match will air on 950 KJR AM and in Spanish on El Rey 1360AM.

2026 MLS STANDINGS: Sounders: 3-1-0 (9 points, 5th West), Loons: 1-2-1 (4 points, 13th West)

PREVIOUS MEETING: Minnesota defeated the Sounders 2-1 in the Best-of-3 First Round of the 2025 MLS Cup Playoffs. The Loons won both of their two matches on penalty kicks after drawing in regulation.

ROAD WARRIORS: The Sounders enter this weekend on a roll, having won four consecutive matches away from Seattle, including a 2-1, come-from-behind win over the Vancouver Whitecaps in Spokane, Wash., on Wednesday in the second leg of their Concacaf Champions Cup Round of 16 tie. Seattle has conceded just once in those four games.

PAULIE PRIMETIME: After re-signing this past offseason, Sounders winger Paul Rothrock is off to a torrid start in 2026. The Capitol Hill native has four goals in six matches in all competitions, including three straight games heading into this weekend.

EVERYBODY CONTRIBUTING: Even with heavy rotation surrounding their CCC matchup, the Sounders have utilized everyone on the roster (and beyond), with the addition of Tacoma Defiance players Antino Lopez and Peter Kingston. Lopez signed an MLS contract earlier this week after impressive performances, while Kingston racked up two assists off the bench to help take down the ‘Caps on Wednesday.
