Sounders FC had three players return to the starting lineup on Saturday in its afternoon kickoff against Real Salt Lake at CenturyLink Field.
After playing without Lamar Neagle and Chad Marshall and having Brad Evans slot in off the bench last week in a 2-2 draw with Vancouver Whitecaps FC, all three were back in the 11 for Sigi Schmid on Saturday as the top team in MLS is set to meet the No. 2 team in RSL.
Stefan Frei stays at goalkeeper for Seattle behind a back four of Evans on the right, Leo Gonzalez on the left and a central pair of Marshall and Zach Scott.
In the midfield, Neagle returns to the left side while Marco Pappa is on the right and Osvaldo Alonso and Gonzalo Pineda man the middle.
At forward, Obafemi Martins will start along with Chad Barrett, who is getting his second consecutive start after scoring in his first start last week against Vancouver.
Kickoff is scheduled for 1 pm PT, with television coverage on Q-13 FOX locally and ROOT Sports regionally.
