SEATTLE, WASH. – Major League Soccer today announced its roster for the 2023 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target, with Sounders FC forward Jordan Morris earning his second consecutive selection. Morris was voted to the 26-man roster coached by D.C. United Head Coach Wayne Rooney that faces English power Arsenal FC on Wednesday, July 19 at Audi Field in Washington, D.C. (5:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV).
The roster was selected through a combination of fan, player and media voting (12 players), designations by Rooney (12 players) and a pair of selections by MLS Commissioner Don Garber.
The MLS All-Star Game and MLS All-Star Skills Challenge presented by AT&T 5G (taking place on Tuesday, July 18) at Audi Field are available to watch in more than 100 countries and regions in English, Spanish and French on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app. Fans can subscribe to MLS Season Pass now through the Apple TV app on Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices, set-top boxes, game consoles and the web at tv.apple.com. Â
After a 0-0 draw with Orlando City SC on June 24, Sounders FC hosts Houston Dynamo FC on Saturday, June 1 on the Emerald Queen Casino Pitch at Lumen Field (7:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, 93.3 KJR FM, El Rey 1360 AM).

FORWARD JORDAN MORRIS
Morris leads Sounders FC and is tied for sixth in MLS with nine goals this season, including a club-record four-goal performance against Sporting Kansas City on March 25. His 61 goals across all competitions rank third all-time in Sounders FC history, recently passing Clint Dempsey and Nico Loderio on the all-time list. Since joining Seattle, the 2016 MLS Rookie of the Year has helped lift two MLS Cups (2016 and 2019) and a Concacaf Champions League trophy (2022), in addition to being named MLS Best XI in 2020 and MLS Comeback Player of the Year in 2019 after returning from an ACL injury. Morris has 52 career caps and 11 goals for the United States Men’s National Team, most recently starting the opening Group Stage match at the 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup against Jamaica on June 24. Morris also was also selected to the final roster for the 2022 FIFA World Cup QatarTM, making two appearances against Wales and the Netherlands.
