- Head Coach Brian Schmetzer makes one change from the Sounders' 4-1 victory over St. Louis CITY SC with Ryan Kent replacing Pedro de la Vega.
- Danny Musovski became the first Sounder since Jordan Morris in 2016 to score in four consecutive matches. Only Fredy Montero (2009) and Obafemi Martins (2015) have scored in five consecutive matches in a single season.
- Sounders FC announced the signing of Osaze De Rosario earlier this week. The former Tacoma Defiance forward currently leads all of MLS NEXT Pro with eight goals through five matches.
