Seattle Radio Group – the entity that operates ESPN Deportes 1490 AM – has ceased all broadcast operations, effective immediately. Seattle Sounders FC is currently in the process of finding a new Spanish-language radio home for the club. In the interim, Sounders FC matches and shoulder programming continue to live on its family of broadcast partners, including: Q13 FOX and JOEtv, KIRO Radio 97.3 FM and ROOT SPORTS. Saturday’s match at FC Dallas (5:30 p.m. PT) is being carried regionally on Q13 FOX and KIRO Radio 97.3 FM, with ROOT SPORTS re-airing the contest throughout Eastern Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska (check local listings).
