Major League Soccer and the San Jose Earthquakes will hold a press conference at Avaya Stadium on Thursday to reveal an important 2016 MLS All-Star Game announcement.
The Seattle Sounders have had plenty of players named to the league's annual All-Star match, including DeAndre Yedlin during his rookie season. In 2015, both Clint Dempsey and Chad Marshall played in the match against their former teammate as the MLS side faced Tottenham Hotspur at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo. The MLS All-Stars earned a 2-1 win.
The press conference, which will include MLS deputy commissioner Mark Abbott and San Jose mayor Sam Liccardo alongside Earthquakes president Dave Kaval, will be streamed live right here at 10 a.m. PT.
